Corrie Ten Boom

From the Prayer Ministry of Cheatham Memorial:

With terrorist threats, violence, assaults on the innocent and the uncertainties of each day, what can one do?

Corrie ten Boom ended up in Hitler’s extermination camps because she and her family hid Jews in their home in Holland during World War II.  The atrocities she saw and experienced are beyond our thinking!  Corrie’s miraculous release was followed by another miracle; her worldwide ministry.  How did she overcome?

John in Revelation 12:11 teaches us to overcome by the blood of Jesus and our testimony.  Pray and get to know Jesus intimately.  Listen to the voice of the Holy Spirit.  If you don’t know Jesus, repent and turn to Him and invite Him to be the Lord of yoru life.  Pray, praise and repeant.  Exodus 15:2 says, “The Lord is my strength and song, and he has become my salvation;  this is my God, and I will praise Him.”

Pray for:  Unity, harmony, wisdom, discernment, and may the fire of the Holy Spirit fall on us.

Corrie at ninety-one suffered a stroke and was unable to speak, so for the next five years she prayed this prayer daily…””Lord, keep me close to your heart so that I see things as it were more and more from your point of view. ”  Amen, so let it be for us today.  SAVE US ADONAI.
